Who are you? I ask that question because many of you do not know who you are! You may think you do, but you are a combination of what many people have conditioned you with over the years. From the moment that you are born, you become conditioned, your Mother and your Father choose what you will wear, eat and be exposed to. It does not matter that you have a different need than theirs, they cannot see that, all they see is their desire to assist you in your growth. At school you are again conditioned to believe that there is only one system, it is too bad if you are a creative soul with very little left brain activity, the education of today in most educational facilities does not provide for that. Again you are conditioned to believe in one system, but this time in group form.

As you grow and mature, more and more of what you are exposed to becomes what you are! Your higher self will rebel at times, trying to point out your truth to you, but the self, the ego, in fear, cannot see it. And so you grow.

Do you know that in your television viewing, only 3 hours of continued viewing is required for information to be absorbed by the subconscious mind and become reality? This is true. No wonder there is so much violence in the world today. What can you do I can hear you say! You can start to pull yourself away from the illusion of the Earth plane, and begin to ask of yourself, WHAT DO I WANT, WHAT ARE MY WISHES? Then slowly implement those wishes and desires. Tell the Universe each one, and watch as the Universe creates them for you. Become the person you were meant to be, not the person the world has conditioned you for.

Do you know that you are the only person in your reality? I can see a lot of you wondering what I mean by this statement. In making this statement I am teaching of letting go of everyone and everything else in your reality and living your own life.

For many this will be very hard for they have come to rely so much on others. There is a closeness by many to those close to them; and yet, these people are only there for your learning. Every soul who comes into your life is a mirror and a teacher. Their purpose is to help you to see the parts of you that need working on. The parts of you that you want to run away from. Many of these people you run away from, yet nobody is an enemy! All who come into your life are there to teach you something or mirror something that you do not want to deal with. Usually these issues have been many incarnations in being.

To you they seem so real, friends, family, enemies, you put names to them, however, they are just teachers and mirrors nothing more and they are the actors in your play that you have created before you came to the Earth plane.

When you realize that you own nothing, that all is there for your learning, then you can let go of the material and use what you have without fear of losing it. When you let go and lose the fear, then you raise your vibration because nothing means anything to you anymore. How many of you cling to what you own? How many of you are in fear of losing what you have? If this is you, then at some time in your life, the Universe will pull it away from you, because your fear will create that. Whether it be a house, business, friend, lover, country, land, it does not matter what it is, the Universe is programmed to pull it away.

Look on all that you have as on loan for this incarnation. Do not fear losing anything. Use what you have with pleasure and enjoyment, you were not meant to be poor or to be without in your life, but often this is what you create because this is what you fear.

When the Earth plane comes to the realization that nothing can be owned is only on loan, only then will it be possible for them to move forward in vibration. Only then can the Earth plane stop the fighting and heal.

Too much onus is placed on the right way to be spiritual, the right way to do things. There is no right way! There is only your way! In the search for spirituality, many think that they cannot enjoy life, that to have fun is wrong. It could not be further from the truth. A good laugh will heal the soul far quicker than medicine or healing. If a soul does not have fun, life becomes boring and dull. Then, life becomes a drudge. Those on the spiritual path need to take time out to have fun, to become children again and to let go of their worries and their woes. Life is so short, yet so many of you put off enjoying life, having fun. . .To be happy is to be spiritual. How many of you reading this can say that you are truly happy with your life? When you relax, have fun, sit back and enjoy your hobbies and your spare time, it is then when we in the spiritual world can impress our thoughts on you. Communicate with you, we cannot do this while you are serious and dour.

As the earth plane approaches the beginning of another new year. I am writing to ask those of you who read my newsletters, to remember your purpose on this Earth plane, and that is to work at your inadequacies and karma. Too often the Self stops you doing this. Your chief interest in the next year should be yourself, the Higher Self part of you. Find out what your destiny is. This can be done through astrology or finding a good seer or channel to assist you. Do not spend time helping others, unless of course it is through voluntary work in an organization which helps people to help themselves, and to do more with their lives. Remember that other souls have their lessons to learn too, and although you may want to help them, you can actually stop or hinder a persons growth by interfering in their lives. This can often bring the soul you are helping back for another round of incarnation. Your assistance creates the necessity for another try at their lessons, what you may think of as a wonderful thing you are doing for them, can actually be the worse thing for them. For with your helping them, they do not do it for themselves. They do not learn the lessons they have set themselves up for because you interfered in that learning.

Concentrate on your own life. Find out where your energies lie in the next year, this can be done by astrology or numerology. Work on those energies and raise your vibration.

Remember too that your purpose on this Earth plane is NOT to be unhappy. So many negative experiences turn out to be positive experiences. It is the way you approach it that is the key to the outcome.

Count your blessings every day, for you have many compared to many around you. I am writing this newsletter at a time of extreme fire danger in the country of Australia. Many people have lost their homes, their possessions, everything they own. While this was happening I spoke through Margaret to a client who bemoaned his fate which to him, with the Self in control, seemed very bad. I pointed out to this client his blessings that he still had his home, his possessions, his family. He ended our conversation by telling me he was indeed blessed.

Be optimistic, happy in your life, count your blessings every day. Live in the moment, leave the past and its life lessons behind, and move confidently into the future. It can be a glorious future.

Let go of worry, fear and doubt and watch the Universe bring change and abundance into your life.

Humanity cannot change until it can understand the spiritual part of themselves, and the purpose of life. The purpose of life is to move forward, away from old patterning and past life conditioning. To understand that their is a life after death, and that it is in this life after death where each soul will judge itself on the life it has lived. There is no God with a book waiting to denounce you and turn you away to the fires of hell. No, there is only you and your Guardian spirit to see the reaping of a life time of life. It is then that the soul sees whether the reaping is for harvest or for famine.

Humanity cannot change until it can understand and accept the belief system of another without judgment or without criticism. Humanity cannot change until it can understand that those with a darker skin are just as equal as those with a white skin.

The illusion of life, created by consumerism, also needs to change. Life does not come from a packet or a commodity, but from experience and learning. The illusion is that if you buy this product, or that item, your life will change. However, only YOU can change. Sometimes those around you will change also. But you are the one who has to instigate the change.

Change on the earth plane will come with tolerance, understanding, love, and learning about the law of metaphysics, what lies behind life.

Take time for your self. It is most important that you have time, where you do the things you enjoy. Whether that be sitting with friends in a cafe, walking by the river, fulfilling hobbies, or learning new things. Take some time out of your busy life for YOU. If you do not do so you become very out of balance. Even those in religious orders take time out for laughter and play. At lest one day of the earth week should be spent in doing something for you! By doing this, you have a balance between work and play. If you can take two days, well and good, but time must be taken to find balance.

The sound of nature is very important for you, especially if you lead a stressful life. For it is the sounds of nature which can soothe the troubled soul and quiet the mind. Whether you choose to go to nature itself, or whether you choose to buy the sounds of nature. You do need this energy. It is known as the Deva Kingdom, and it is as important to you in your life, as the air that you breathe. Nature provides the balance that is so important for all souls. I hear so many times, the words, "I am stressed" "I am exhausted" "I am in need of rest". Humanity in its search for an easier life has created more stress than it knows. Your machines that do your work do not give you more time, they take more time, yet you cannot see this.

When you do get stressed, then the sounds and scenes of nature can help you to soothe your soul. Take the time to sit outside and listen to the sounds, the birds singing, the trees rustling, if possible, walk in nature. Visit forests and lakes, and breathe in the energy of nature. One day in nature is worth more than you will ever know for your soul. The Deva kingdom are there to serve you, they know their purpose in the hierarchy of life, and they are waiting to assist you all to find peace and quiet in a very stressful world. Even the sound of rain on the roof can be soothing to the soul. Listen to the world outside of yours, it does exist, and it can help to heal you if you wish.

How many times have your criticized someone in the last month? How many times have you reacted to the way someone does things in a negative way? If you can answer yes to this, or can account for the number of times this has happened, then you are a conditioned being. Were you not a conditioned being, then it would not bother you. Often, the one you criticize or complain about is there to show you where you are being conservative or conditioned! Often, what you yourself make comment on is what you need to look at in your own life, yet very often you cannot see this for yourself. Even when it is mirrored for you, this very often is not recognized either. It results in you becoming very critical of another, or in becoming negative about their actions. The Self becomes indignant, after all, it has been challenged, so it will come out fighting all of the way.

You think you are alone, you are not! Nearly every soul on the Earth plane is on their own personal struggle. You are one of many, just know that. You are not alone either. We are with you every step of the way, you walk in our footsteps, for we too were once tried and tested, disciplined and felt alone just like you are today. Just know this. Many look to the Masters as perfected beings, and yet one is never perfected until one merges with the Ultimate Being or what you know as God. We have walked where you have walked, struggled like you, and passed the test with difficulty just like you. Yes, we have ascended, but not without the testing. You too will ascend when your testing is complete.

Call our name and we will envelope you in our love, you may not feel it, but it WILL help you on your path of testing. Know that it hurts us to see you suffering and know we cannot assist you. For if we do, we stop you from growing. Yet we are with you to give you the energy needed to pass those tests, if only you will ask for it. There comes a time when there is no more testing, where there is peace. You can all attain that state. It is what is known as heaven, and the path of life with its testing, and difficulty is known as Hell. By your choices you make life Heaven or Hell.

First of all, it is necessary for you to cease all worry over money and material possessions. Yes, this means ALL concerns.

The second item is that you make a request to the Universe for what you need. You also need to place an Earth time frame on this also, but also give enough time for the Universe to create your desire.

You also need to state what you need the request for, is it for travel, a course you wish to do, a home, a vehicle, whatever it is that you need, you make that request. Do not repeat it. The Universe is not deaf!

It is necessary not to make a negative statement or thought with regard to your request, such words as "I never win anything", "I never have good luck" and "I am a jinx when it comes to manifesting". These statements and others will have a diverse effect and will stop the flow of energy.
