Return Policy We only process returns and refunds for items purchased from AscendingLight. AscendingLight will refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days in original condition due to our error or as noted below. Cancellations An item or service that has not yet been shipped or rendered may be cancelled. Please see specific information below. See How to Cancel Orders. Packaged Products (Aromatherapy accessories) Any packaged product may be returned in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Aromatherapy Oils & Essences Essential Oils may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Astrology Charts We do not offer refunds or exchanges on astrology charts except due to our error. However, we are willing to work with customers when a customer error has been made and the chart has already been shipped or delivered. Samples of all our astrology charts are available to view on the site prior to purchase. This provides customers with information as to what they are purchasing. Courses A full refund may be made if a cancellation request is made 24 hours prior to the beginning date of the course. This is due to advance preparations for personalized products included with each course. Healings & Astrological Consultations We do not offer refunds once these services have been performed. It is possible for the customer to cancel the requested service up to the scheduled time that the service begins. How to Return Items Please include a reason for your return, the packing slip, and wrap the items securely. For your protection, we recommend UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate your invoice number on a separate piece of piece of paper and send the packages to the following address: AscendingLight
Notification of Refunds We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once it has been received and processed. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or product malfunction.
